NYC on the 18th

i'm heading to NYC on the 18th, after the conclusion of ci36. i was planning to rent a car and drive. anyone interested in sharing the rental? or, even better, is anyone already planning to drive back to new york and has room in their car for me? i'm happy to split costs in whatever way is most fair.

as of now my plan is to get the shuttle to state college on the 18th and rent a car there--from there it should be about a 4 hour drive, depending on traffic...
the rental should cost about $140-150, then gas costs.
does that sound do-able?
