Hmm... Unfortunately, I don't believe one can simply replace a video in situ, preserving the metadata. If there aren't a lot of comments, I suppose you could copy them all and then paste that text in as the first comment on the re-uploaded video, perhaps with a note indicating that the comments were carried over.
Not ideal, but it'd preserve the content...

Your question: Is it possible only to overwrite a video? (Not delete and copy).
If there are errors in the video and if someone wants to correct them and want not to loose the comments, titles etc.
